BY JOINING MY GOS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

As a joiner you promise to:

• Please be 10000% committed when you join! I DO NOT allow any backouts once you have claimed.
• Please meet all deadlines in a timely manner. If you have any issues meeting deadlines, please let me know, I am generally quite understanding.
• If you do not inform me of any issues meeting deadlines and I am not able to get in contact with you, I will put your claims up for reclaim if I do not hear from you within a week after a deadline has passed.
• PLEASE let me know if your address or username has changed!
• I typically do not send pictures of pulls to save time and energy when packing. All pulls are determined fairly through timed sorting forms.
• PLEASE send the correct payment note. This is both to protect my accounts and ensure your payment is accounted for. If you send a payment note that results in my account being suspended or banned, you will be blocked from my gos and your items will be put up for reclaim without refund.

As a gom I will:

• I accept Paypal ff and venmo. If you do not pay using these methods, I will refund you and request an alternate method. In certain instances, I am willing to accept cc, please dm if you need this option and I will decide on a case-by-case basis if I’m able to accept.
• ABSOLUTELY NO G&S. this is for tax related reasons — any payments sent via g&s WILL be resent minus the fee. Repeat offences will result in you being blocked from joining my gos.
• I am very open to extensions so long as you are communicative. Please please be open about needing extensions or I will not be able to help you. If you do not tell me and miss a payment deadline, I reserve the right to put your items up for reclaim.
• I will maintain an updated masterlist after groupchats have been created for your reference. I will prioritize my gos and try to package and send out as quickly as possible. That being said, I work full time, so please be patient with me.
• I will only offer refunds in instances where I am liable. I’m not responsible for uneven distribution, lost or missing mail (so long as adequate packing and mailing proof is provided) or other difficulties that are out of my hands. I will do my best to inform joiners or any predicted issues, but sometimes circumstances are out of my hands.
• I will package all go items safely in toploaders and pennysleeves and washi taped into an greeting card as is the standard. Larger items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and otherwise safely packaged as appropriate.
• I will dm you for an address check prior to send-out
• Be open and communicative about go statuses and updates. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out and I am happy to answer!
• I provide updates as soon as i have them. You’re welcome to bump a gc asking for information, but I promise to always provide information as soon as it’s available to me. If I’m quiet, it’s because there’s nothing to update.
